Phil Hare Is Starting To Panic

According to redstate.com, Phil Hare is behind in the polls for his seat, a whopping 45%-32%! Evidently he doesn't like the fact that Bobby Schilling and all the rest of us would prefer a representative who understands and supports the U.S. Constitution.

And this wasn't the first time he's had 'bad press.'

Kagan To Be Disbarred?

Papers have been prepared and are being filed to bring to light ethics violations that could lead to disbarment and a possible criminal indictment for Obama's Supreme Court nominee.

"Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch USA, is bringing the complaint, alleging Kagan altered an official scientific report used as evidence by the Supreme Court to persuade the justices to overturn bans on partial-birth abortion."
